A STUDY ON THE STATE OF INTERNAL SUPERVISION IN SCHOOLS UNDER NAKHON SAWAN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract
The purposes of this study were to study and compare the state of internal supevision in schools classified by position, work experience and school size. The samnple consisted of 297 administrators and teachers from using Krejcie & Morgan formula and obtained by simple random sampling. The study instrument was a questionnaire concerning the state of internal supervision in schools with reliability at 0.98. Data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, t-test independent and analysis of variance(One-Way ANOVA).
The study findings were as follows:
- The state of internal supervision in schools under Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in overall were at the high level When considered in each aspects it was found that the highest operating state was the assessment and reporting, followed by the supervisioning the supervision planning , S.evelopment of media and supervision tools and the current state, problem and need, respectively.
2.The omparison of the opinions on the state of internal supen schools classified by position, work experience and school size found that the respondents with different position had the different opinions on the state of internal supervision in schools at .05 level of significance while the opinions on the state of internal supervision in schools of work experience and school size were not different.
