Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the problems management of school scout under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and 2) compare the problems management of school scout under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 according to the opinions of the respondents divided by scout qualifications, work experience, and size of school. The sample size was 285 people of administrators and teachers, determined using Krejcie & Morgan tables by simple sampling. The data collecting instrument was a questionnaire on administrative problems of the school scout. It has a content validity value of 0.67-1.00 and a reliability value of 0.99 level. The statistics used were mean, standard deviation, and analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA). The study findings were as follows:


  1. The level of problems management of school scout under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in overall was at a high level. When considering each aspect found that the aspect with the most problem was in terms of finance, media and materials of boy scouts with at a high level, and the aspect with the least problem was administrators at a moderate level. 2. The comparison result of the level of problems management of school scout under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 by scout qualifications, work experience, and the size of school in overall, it wasn’t difference.
