Editors' Roles: Editors

1. Consider and examine every article submitted for publication by the journal by considering the correspondence of the article content with the goals and scope of the journal, as well as checking the quality of articles in the article quality assessment process before publication.

2. Use the principle of article review based on academic reasons. There is no bias towards the author and the article is considered under any circumstances.

3. There is no conflict of interest with the author or qualified person, whether for the benefit of the business or for their own academic achievements.

4. Do not block, change, or interfere with information exchanged between experts and authors.

5. Do not disclose the information of the author and the article reviewer to other people, especially during the period of article evaluation.

7. The editorial department can disclose the information of the article evaluator in the event that the author of the book requests the article evaluator information through the journal for academic use only.

The Author's Role in the Article

1. An article submitted by the author for consideration for publication in a journal must be an article that has never been published or published anywhere else.

2. They must always make a correct reference every time when presenting the work of others or citations in the content of their own articles.

3. Must not copy the work of others. They will be responsible for citing content in the work, images, or tables to prevent copyright infringement. (If there is a lawsuit, it is the sole responsibility of the author. The journal will not be held liable in any way) and will immediately withdraw articles from publication.

4. The author cannot take an article that has been published in a journal and then edit, modify, or translate it into other languages ​​in order to submit it for publication in other journals and present articles in various formats.

5. The name of the author that appears in the article must be a person who has truly participated in that article.

6. Must write research articles / academic articles correctly according to the format specified in "Recommendations for Authors."

7. Articles must be edited strictly in accordance with the recommendations of the editors and article evaluators. If corrections are not made in accordance with the instructions and within the specified time, the journal reserves the right to refuse the publication of your article and request a refund of the publishing fee in any case.

8. The authors must identify the funding sources that support the research (if any) and should identify conflicts of interest (if any).

9. The author must provide evidence of the request for human research ethics (if any).

Roles and Duties of Experts to Evaluate Articles

1. There must be no conflict of interest with the author. The quality of an article must be assessed with regard to the quality of the article and based on academic principles and reasons without bias or personal conflict.

2. You must recognize that you are an expert with knowledge, understanding, or experience in the subject matter of the articles under consideration.

3. They must not seek benefits from the articles they have evaluated. If it is discovered that the evaluated article contains plagiarism from other works, the editor must be notified immediately, with clear supporting evidence.

4. Must maintain the evaluation period in accordance with the assessment time frame specified by the journal and must not disclose the article information to others.

5. You must not use any part of the content that you evaluate as your own work.

6. The assessor must assess the article based on the principles of academic validity and consider giving an academic opinion in order for the article to be complete and to be accepted academically.
