การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมบนฐานทฤษฎีเชื่อมโยงความรู้ เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการสอนภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสาร โดยบูรณาการการการสอนภาษาเพื่อการสื่อสารและ ภาษาอังกฤษในฐานะภาษานานาชาติ สำหรับนักศึกษาครู สาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของทักษะการสอนภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารโดยบูรณาการแนวคิด CLT และ EIL รวมถึงแนวทางการประเมินทักษะ 2) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมบนฐานทฤษฎีเชื่อมโยงความรู้ 3) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และ 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม โดยใช้ระเบียบวิจัยและพัฒนา มี 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาองค์ประกอบทักษะการสอนฯลฯ โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน และทบทวนวรรณกรรม ขั้นตอนที่ 2 พัฒนาหลักสูตรฯลฯ และประเมินความเหมาะสมโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 5 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ทดลองใช้หลักสูตรกับนักศึกษาครูสาขาภาษาอังกฤษ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ จำนวน 52 คน ที่เลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือคือแบบประเมิน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 4 ศึกษาความพึงพอใจและความคิดเห็นด้วยแบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบของทักษะการสอนฯ ประกอบด้วย (1) การออกแบบแผนการสอน (2) การใช้กิจกรรมการสื่อสาร (3) การตระหนักภาษาอังกฤษในฐานะภาษานานาชาติ (4) การใช้สื่อจริง และ (5) ทักษะการประเมินการสื่อสาร 2) หลักสูตรประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน (1) การเตรียมความพร้อมและสร้างแรงจูงใจ (2) การสำรวจและเชื่อมโยง (3) การร่วมมือและสร้างชิ้นงาน และ (4) การสะท้อนคิดและประเมินผล ผลการประเมินพบว่าหลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก 3) ผลการทดลองใช้ พบว่า นักศึกษามีทักษะการสอนที่สูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 82.75 ซึ่งผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 และ 4) นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจในระดับสูง
