The state and problems of the student assistance system operation in educational institutions under the Singburi Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
The purpose of this article 1) Study the state and problems of the student assistance system operation in educational institutions; and 2) compare the state and problems of the student assistance system operation in educational, classified by position, work experience, and size of the educational institution. It is a quantitative research. The sample consisted of 274 educational institution administrators and teachers under the Singburi Primary Educational Service Area Office which is stratified random sampling. The data collection tool was a questionnaire with a consistency index between 0.80-1.00 and a reliability value of 0.95. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and LSD pairwise difference test.
The results of the study revealed that 1) the overall condition of the student assistance system operation in educational institutions was at a high level, while the overall problem of the student assistance system operation in educational institutions was at a low level. 2) A comparison of the conditions and problems in the operation of the student assistance system in educational institutions found that administrators and teachers with different work experiences had significantly different conditions in the operation of the student assistance system in educational institutions at the .05 level. However, administrators and teachers with different positions and affiliations in educational institutions did not have significantly different conditions in the operation of the student assistance system in educational institutions at the .05 level. Furthermore, administrators and teachers with different positions and work experiences had significantly different problems in the operation of the student assistance system in educational institutions at the .05 level. Furthermore, administrators and teachers with different sizes of educational institutions did not have significantly different problems in the operation of the student assistance system in educational institutions at the .05 level.
