Dharma Principles in Daily Life and Collaborative Work
Main Article Content
Abstract
This scholarly paper investigates and examines Buddhist Dharma principles that can be applied to both personal life and cooperative endeavors. It focuses on principles designed to encourage harmony, individual growth, and effective teamwork. The study delves into essential Dharma principles like the Four Bases of Power (Iddhipada 4), the Four Bases of Social Integration (Sangahavatthu 4), the Four Divine Abodes (Brahmavihara 4), and the Seven Conditions of Non-Decline (Aparihaniya-Dhamma 7). Each of these concepts is vital for cultivating virtues, ethical conduct, and behavioral changes necessary for successful social interaction and group work. The findings reveal that the dedicated practice of these principles can substantially decrease disputes, foster mutual comprehension, sharpen communication abilities, and nurture enduring cooperation within both organizations and society. This paper concludes that Dharma principles are not just religious doctrines but are also valuable instruments for navigating life and creating a strong community.
