Abstract
This research aimed to study the leadership of school administrators, teamwork among teachers in schools, and the relationship between school administrators’ leadership and teachers’ teamwork in schools under the jurisdiction of the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample consisted of 299 school administrators and teachers under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Stratified random sampling based on school size was employed. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with a content validity index of 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
The findings were as follows: 1. The overall leadership of school administrators under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was rated at a high level. When considered by aspect, all areas were also rated at a high level. The ranking of average scores from highest to lowest was inspiring a shared vision, enabling others to act, challenging the process, modeling the way, and encouraging the heart. 2. The overall level of teamwork among teachers in schools under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was also rated at a high level. When considered by aspect, all areas were at a high level. The ranking of average scores from highest to lowest was team structure, team process, team composition, and team context. And 3. The relationship between the leadership of school administrators and the teamwork of teachers in schools under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was found to be positively correlated at a high level with statistical significance at .01
