Implementation of internal supervision in child development centers under local administrative organizations, Phatthana Nikhom District, Lop Buri Province

Abstract
The purpose of this article 1) Study the implementation of internal supervision in child development centers under local administrative organizations, Phatthana Nikhom District, Lop Buri Province, and 2) compare the implementation of internal supervision in child development centers under local administrative organizations, Phatthana Nikhom District, Lop Buri Province in the academic year 2024, classified by work status, education level, and work experience. The sample group was 186 people, using the Krejcie & Morgan sampling table formula at a 95 percent confidence level, allowing for an error of 0.05 in calculating the sample size, obtained by simple random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a reliability value of 0.966. Data were analyzed by finding percentages, means, standard deviations, t-tests, F-tests, and one-way analysis of variance. The research results found that: 1. The results of internal supervision in child development centers under local administrative organizations, Phatthana Nikhom District, Lop Buri Province, were overall at a high level, and 2. The results of the comparison of the implementation of internal supervision in child development centers under local administrative organizations Phatthana Nikhom District, Lop Buri Province, when classified by work status, education level, and overall work experience, were significantly different at the .05 level.
