Abstract
The purpose of this article 1) Study the change management of school administrators under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2 and 2) compare the change management of school administrators under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2 classified by position, work experience, and size of the school. The population was 159 school administrators and 1,247 teachers, totaling 1,406 people the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2. The sample was 311 school administrators and teachers under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2. The instrument used to collect data this time was a 5-level measurement questionnaire with a consistency index between 0.60-1.00 and a reliability value of 0.897. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and Schaffer's test for pairwise differences. The results of the study found that: 1. Overall the change management of school administrators Under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, was at a high level. When considering each item, the average values from highest to lowest were as follows: people, culture, structure, and technology. and 2. The results of the comparison of the change management of school administrators Under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, classified by status, position, and size of school, found that the overall picture and each aspect were significantly different at the .05 statistical level. When classified according to work experience, it was found that the overall picture and each aspect were not different.
