Educational Leadership in the Digital Era: Application of Buddhist Approaches

Abstract
This article aims to study educational leadership in the digital era based on Buddhist principles. In the digital age, where information and communication technology play a crucial role in all aspects of society, educational leaders must adapt to rapid and complex changes. Leadership in this era requires both technological skills and Buddhist principles to maintain a balance between digital advancement and moral integrity. This study focuses on the concept of educational leadership in the digital era by applying Buddhist approaches such as the Ten Royal Virtues (Dasavidha-rajadhamma), the Four Brahmaviharas (Divine Abidings), and the Four Iddhipada (Paths of Accomplishment). These principles help cultivate leadership qualities that inspire motivation, drive change, and support sustainable personnel development in educational organizations. Such Buddhist teachings highlight their significance in achieving organizational goals in the digital era.
