The public service quality of srisawang subdistrict administrative organization phon sai district in roi et provimce to buddhist principles

Abstract

         This research article aims to 1) study the quality level of public services, 2) Study the relationship between the 4 Saṅgahavatthu principles and the quality of public service to the people, and 3) Study the guidelines for integrating the 4 Saṅgahavatthu principles to promote the quality of public service to the people of Si Sawang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phon Sai District, Roi Et Province  Data were collected from a sample of 367 people and interviews with 25 informants or people. 

         The research results found that

         The quality of public services for the people of Sri Sawang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phon Sai District, Roi Et Province as a whole is at a high level. Analysis of the 4 principles of Sanghawatthu with services to promote the quality of public services for the people of Sri Sawang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phon Sai District, Roi Et Province. Overall, there is a high level of positive relationship. (R=.824**)Guidelines for integrating the 4 Saṅgahavatthu principles into use with public services. To promote the quality of public service to the public of Si Sawang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phon Sai District, Roi Et Province Which is classified according to the 4 Sangha Vatthu principles, consisting of 1) Dhana, which is the donation of things. Help or knowledge without expecting anything in return. 2) Piyavaca means speaking with polite, gentle, and sincere words; 3) Atthacariya is actions that are beneficial to others in body, speech, and mind; and 4) Samanatta is conduct oneself appropriately. Do not be condescending or look down on others. and apply the principles of service in 4 areas, consisting of 1) staff, 2) service channels, 3) facilities, 4) steps and duration of service.
