COMPETENCY OF ACCOUNTANTS IN SUBDISTRICT HEALTH PROMOTING HOSPITALS IN MUEANG DISTRICT NONG BUA LAMPHU PROVINCE

Abstract

          This research aimed to: 1) study the competency levels of accountants in Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals in Mueang District, Nong Bua Lam Phu Province, and 2) compare the competency of accountants at Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals in Mueang District, Nong Bua Lam Phu Province, classified by work experience. The sample group consisted of 21 personnel responsible for preparing accounting in Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals within the Mueang District of Nong Bua Lam Phu Province. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using statistical measures including percentage, Mean, standard deviation, and independent samples t-test.

           The research findings revealed that: 1) the overall competency level of the accountants in the Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals in Mueang District, Nong Bua Lam Phu Province was at a high level, and 2) the comparison of overall competency classified by work experience revealed no significant difference.
