THE DIGITAL LEADERSHIP OF ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATOR UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE LOEI NONG BUA LAMPHU

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were 1) study the digital leadership of academic administrator and 2) study compare the digital leadership of academic administrator under the secondary educational service area office Loei Nong Bua Lamphu by dividing on position, working experience and educational levels. The samples using for this research were 322 persons from the administrators and the teachers of the secondary educational service area office Loei Nong Bua Lamphu and the limit samples by using the table of Krejcie & Morgan and using the stratified sampling. The instruments using for this research were the 5 rating scales questionnaires with the confidence of 0.82. The hypothesis testing included t-test (Independent Samples) and F-test (OneWay ANOVA) and the testing of couple difference by using regulation of Scheffe'. The results of the study were as follows : 1. For overall of the digital leadership of academic administrator under the secondary educational service area office Loei Nong Bua Lamphu was in high level for overall. Considering on each aspect, the aspect with the highest level was the digital vision and 2. For overall of academic administrator and teachers with different working experiences and education level were on the concepts towards the digital leadership of academic administrator under the secondary educational service area office Loei Nong Bua Lamphu and were on difference for statistical significance at .01 level. But for dividing on position was not on difference for overall.
