Abstract

                The objectives of this study were: 1. To study administrative skills of administrators of basic education institutions. Na Klang District Nong Bua Lam Phu Province. 2. To compare administrative skills of administrators of basic education institutions. Na Klang District Nong Bua Lamphu Province Classified by educational qualification operational experience and the size of the school sample including school administrators and teachers in basic educational institutions Na Klang District Nong Bua Lamphu Province, 273 people Sample size was determined using Craigie and Morgan's sample comparison tables. The samples were randomly stratified by proportional sampling. Using the size of the school as a class to divide the sample. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data. The consistency index was 1.00 and the confidence was 0.98. Data were analyzed using a packaged program and statistics were used: percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. Scheffe's Method.
