Abstract

              The objectives of this research were :  development of a research supervision model in the classroom for teachers to improve the quality of early childhood excellence at Municipal School 4 Chalongrat  is a research and development process. have a purpose To develop a research supervision model in the classroom for teachers to develop the quality of early childhood to excellence, Municipal School 4 Chalongrat. Determine the research and development process in 4 steps as follows: 1) Analysis : A  2) Design  and  Development ( D and D) 3) Implementation ( I)  และ 4) Evaluation ( E)  The sample consisted of 22 teachers in municipal school 4 Chalongrat by purposive sampling.    Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation. and content analysis


          The research results were found that :


  1. The design and development of a supervision model for research in the classroom of teachers to develop the quality of early childhood to excellence at Municipal School 4 Chalongrat was PIDRE model supervision process, a 5-step supervision process. namely  1) planning supervision (Planning-P) 2) providing knowledge and understanding of work  (Informing-I)  3) Doing work (Doing-D), including 4) encouraging (Reinforcing-R) 5) Evaluate supervision (Evaluating-E)

  2. The experimental results of the use of research supervision model in the classroom of teachers and educational personnel. To increase learning achievement of municipal school students 4 Chalongrat, it was found that supervision competency in PIDRE model, supervising teachers had a very high level of supervision ability. knowledge and understanding of classroom research The difference was statistically significant at the .05

  3. The knowledge and understanding of the PIDRE model supervision of the supervised teachers was found that before and after using the supervision model. Teachers receiving supervision have knowledge and understanding about supervision. The difference was statistically significant at the .05

  4. The quality of early childhood resulting from research in the classroom of supervised teachers found that early childhood had physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development, achieving the goals. Educational institutions have been awarded regional or national academic activity awards from government or private agencies.

       5.  The result of evaluation and improvement of teacher's research supervision model in the classroom In order to develop the quality of early childhood children to excellence at Municipal School 4 Chalongrat, it was found that the teachers who received supervision were satisfied at the highest level.
