IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SCHOOL'S PROFRESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY APPROACH IN AMPHOE SRIBOONRUANG UNDER NONGBUALAMPHU PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract
The objective of this research was to study and compare the concepts of administrators and teachers towards operation on the way of learning communities for professions of the schools in Sriboonruaeng district under the office of Nongbualamphu primary educational service area 1 dividing on position, education and working experiences. the samples using for the research were 273 persons from academic administrators and teachers in Sriboonruaeng district of Nongbualamphu province in academic 2022 by using the table of Krejcie & Morgan and stratify sampling. the instruments using for data collecting were the 5 rating scales questionnaires with the confidence 0.889 the statistics using for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis testing used t-test Independent Samples.
The results of finding were as follows:
- For overall on operation on the way of learning communities for professions of the schools in Sriboonruaeng district under the office of Nongbualamphu primary educational service area 1 was in the highest level. Considering on each aspect. was founded that the aspect with the highest level was the opertunity for mutual discussion.
- For overall on the results of comparison for operation on the way of learningcommunities for professions in the schools of Sriboonruaeng district under the office of Nongbualamphu primary educational service area 1 by dividing on positional status, education and working experiences were on difference and were on statistical significant difference at 0.01 level.
