Abstract

                The objectives of this research were 1) emotional intelligence of administrators in basic education school and 2) study compare emotional intelligence of administrators in basic education school of Phen Group School 2 Under the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 by dividing on position, working experience and educational levels. The samples using for this research were 127 persons from the administrators and the teachers of of Phen Group School 2 Under the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and the limit samples by using the table of Krejcie & Morgan and using the stratified sampling. The instruments using for this research were the 5 rating scales questionnaires with the confidence of 0.90 The hypothesis testing included t-test (Independent Samples) and F-test (One-Way ANOVA) and the testing of couple difference by using regulation of Scheffe'. The results of the study were as follows : 1. For overall of emotional intelligence of administrators in basic education school of Phen Group School 2 Under the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was in high level for overall. Considering on each aspect, the aspect with the highest level was the Empathy and 2. For overall of academic administrator and teachers with different position, working experience and educational levels were on the concepts towards the emotional intelligence of administrators in basic education school of Phen Group School 2 Under the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1  were not on difference for overall.
