Abstract

This research  The objective is to study the level of customer feedback.  Quality of service of car care business  In Samut Prakan Province  And to study the level of customer feedback  The quality of service of the car care business in the province totaled 400 persons. The instrument used was a questionnaire created by the researcher.  Which found the confidence value equal to 0.979. The statistics used in data analysis were  Frequency distribution  (Frequencies) Calculate percentage (Arithmetic Mean) and standard deviation. Test for finding one-way variance (One-Way ANOVA)  .05 to analyze the difference of variables  And find the correlation coefficient (Pearson Correlation)


The research found that  Most respondents are female.  55.8%, 31- 40 years old, 47.8%, single status 230 people, 57.5%, bachelor degree 266, 66.50%, 158 persons, private, 39.50%  Average income per month 30,001 - 40,000 baht, 114 people, accounting for 28.50 percent. Individual factors that have a relationship level on service quality of car care business personnel  In Samut Prakan Province  not different  With statistical significance at the level of 0.05, including gender and education level  Not accepting assumptions  Personal factors that have a relationship level on service quality of car care business personnel  In Samutprakarn province, there was a significant difference at the level of 0.05, namely age, status, average income per month, occupation and frequency of service. It was found that the relationship level on the service quality of car care business personnel  In Samut Prakan Province  Accept the assumption
