THE COMPARE CONDITIONS OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION MANAGEMENT IN AMPHURPAKKRED UNDER THE OFFICE OF NONTABURI EDUCATION SERVICE AREA 2

Abstract
The objectives of this reseach were to study and compare conditions of Early Childhood Education Management in AmphurPakkred under the Office of Nontaburi Education Service Area 2 by classifying position, experience and size of school. The population of this
study consisted of 72 people by classifying 19 school directors and 53 teachers. The instrument was questionnaire at 0.86 of reliability. The statistics for analysis were percentage,frequency, mean and standard deviation.
The results are as follow: The condition for Early Childhood Education Management in Amphur Pakkredunder the Office of Nontaburi Education Service Area 2 as a whole is at high level. When considering in each aspect found that 4 aspects are at high level; learning integration, students’ learning assessment and development, the learning creation and learning activities promote development and child learning relationship between teachers and families, appropriate curriculum are also at the highest level.
The comparison of the condition for Early Childhood Education Management in AmphurPakkredunder the Office of Nontaburi Education Service Area 2 by position found that as a whole there is no statistical significant different. When compared in each aspect found that appropriate curriculum is significant difference,by experience found that as a whole there is no statistical significant difference. When compare in each aspect found that appropriate curriculum, integration of learning, activities to promote development and child learning and relationship between teachers and families are significant difference where as integration of learning, activities to promote development and child learning are no statistical significant difference and by size of school found that as a whole there is no statistical significant difference.
