THE COMPETENCIES OF ADMINISTRATOR’S EDUCATION UNDER “NAKHONCHAIBURIN” PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE OFFICE AND PROFESSIONALLEARNING COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT (PLC)

Abstract
The aims of this research were to study: (1 ) the competencies of administrator’s education under NaKhonchaiburin primary educational service office, (2 ) the professional learning community management (PLC) of the administrator’s education under
NaKhonchaiburin Primary Educational service office, ( 3 ) the relationship between the competencies of administrator’s education under NaKhonchaiburin primary educational service office and the professional learning community management (PLC), and [4] to
comparison the competencies of administrator’s education under NaKhonchaiburin primary educational service office in each side that affect to the professional learning community management (PLC). This was a quantitative research. The sample population consisted of412 teachers in primary schools under NaKhonchaiburin primary educational service office, chosen through
multistage random sampling. The data collection were obtained from the questionnaire. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t – test, ANOVA, and Pearson Correlations.
The results showed that (1) the competencies of administrator’s education under “NaKhonchaiburin” primary educational service office were at a very high level whereas mean of achievement was a very high level that 𝑥̅= 4.38 ( 2 ) Professional Learning
Community Management (PLC) of administrator’s education under “NaKhonchaiburin” primary educational service office were at very high level whereas mean of a core value and whole vision were a very high level that 𝑥̅ = 4.38 (3) The Competencies of Administrator’s Education under “NaKhonchaiburin” Primary Educational service office didn’t relate with Professional Learning Community Management (PLC) whereas r = .072 and (4) The difference of education and working - age on the administration of administrator’s education under “NaKhonchaiburin”primary educational service office made the difference in their
competencies at .05 level of significance.
