Abstract
This qualitative research aims to study the work behaviour of outstanding employees in the plastic injection molding industry for electrical appliances. By using a case study method. The sample group consisted of 28 outstanding employees of TTN Company Limited. The instrument used in the study was a personal information questionnaire. and structured interviews Data were analyzed and synthesized using descriptive methods.
The research results found that The work behaviour of outstanding employees in industrial plants has 4 characteristics as follows: Discipline, it was found that the behaviour was displayed by Be attentive to work is planned in advance and regulations are followed. strictly In terms of responsibility, it was found that there was behaviour showing enthusiasm in working and happiness in working. and use industrial resources economically Human relations There is behaviour shown by Have a willingness to volunteer to help with various tasks and like to help co-workers. and give importance to working together as a team In terms of creativity, it was found that there was behaviour displayed by Developing one's own work to be more efficient and continually seeking additional knowledge And there is a prioritization of work.
