Abstract

This research aims to assess community participation in problem solving and community pollution prevention, Thung Kok Sub-district, Song Phi Nong District Suphanburi Province To identify the condition of pollution problems in the community, Thung Khok Sub- district, Song Phi Nong District Suphanburi Province and to propose solutions to problems and prevention of community pollution, Thung Kok Sub-district, Song Phi Nong District Suphanburi Province. This research is a mixed-methods study. The quantitative research involves a sample group of 400 individuals from the Thung Khok sub-district. Data collection is conducted through the use of questionnaires. The qualitative research involves another sample group consisting of key informants, including municipal government officials, regular government officials, and local administrative officers, such as village chiefs and community leaders, totaling 10 individuals. Data is collected through interviews with these key informants, and the information gathered is then subjected to content analysis. The results showed that the level of people's participation in solving community pollution problems was in the high level of participation in the assessment.
