Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) Explore effectiveness of public bus speed control policy with GPS tracking system policy implementation, Prachuap Khiri Khan provincial land transport office. 2) Compare effectiveness of public bus speed control policy with GPS tracking system policy implementation via respondent’s attitude verified by demographic factors. 3) Explain correlation between Critical success factors with effectiveness of public bus speed control policy with GPS tracking system policy implementation. This was quantitative research; sample were 165 bus transportation entrepreneurs. Questionnaires were data collection tools. Analytical statistics were frequencies percentages mean standard deviation t test ANOVA F and Pearson correlation. Major findings were; 1) effectiveness of public bus speed control policy with GPS tracking system policy implementation were highest level. 2) effectiveness of public bus speed control policy with GPS tracking system policy implementation via respondents ‘attitude verified by demographic factors were significant difference at .05 statistical level. 3) correlation between Critical success factors with effectiveness of public bus speed control policy with GPS tracking system policy implementation were positive statistical significant at .01 level.
