Abstract
Public service is very important in the democratic country. Local Administration is the major organization implemented the public service activity. As a result, local public service administration is different from the government public service administration both in the process or method and the outcomes. This article will indicate public service by Local Administration Organization and quality of life of the people which comprises (1) the meaning and characteristics of the local administration organization, (2) the concept of the public service (3) the standard system of public service of the local administration organization, (4) Public Service by Local Administration Organization and Quality of Life of the People
