Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) Study the components and management approaches of educational institutions that emphasize internal supervision processes to enhance learning competence. 2) To create and develop a management model of educational institutions that emphasize internal supervision processes to enhance learning competence Anubankhehabangplee School. 3) To study the results of using the management model of educational institutions that emphasize internal supervision processes to enhance learning competence Anubankhehabangplee School. And, 4) To evaluate the effectiveness of the management model of educational institutions that emphasize internal supervision processes to enhance learning competence Anubankhehabangplee School. The research results found as follows: 1) The components of educational administration that emphasize the internal supervision process to enhance learning competence consisted of 5 components and 54 indicators. 2.1) The results of the development and examination of the educational administration model (2PDER Model) found that there were 5 components as follows: (1) Preparing :P, (2) Planning :P, (3) Doing :D, (4) Evaluating :E, and (5) Reporting :R. 2.2) The results of the evaluation of the educational administration model in terms of correctness and feasibility were at the highest level. 3.1) The results of using the educational administration model that emphasized the internal supervision process to enhance learning competence were at the highest level overall. 3.2) The results of comparing the learning competence of students before and after using the model were significantly different at the .05 level. And 4) The results of the evaluation of the educational administration model in terms of appropriateness and usefulness were at the highest level.
