Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the current status of the student care system operation of educational institutions under the Special Education Bureau and to study the guidelines for developing the student care system operation of educational institutions under the Special Education Bureau. Research results are as follows: 1. The results of the current status of the student care system operation of educational institutions under the Special Education Bureau revealed that it was overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, the aspect with the highest mean was prevention and problem solving, followed by student promotion and development, referral, and student screening, and the aspect with the lowest mean was knowing students individually. 2. Conclusion of the interview and suggestions on the management guidelines for the student care system operation of educational institutions under the Special Education Bure in each question is as follows: For problems in student care system operation in the past, including what problems or obstacles educational institutions encountered that made the student care system administration difficult and caused the unsuccessful operation before excellent practices, the problems found from the executive interviews were that students who entered the school were not yet ready to train all types of skills, problems in processing data from student screening, problems in coordinating cooperation between agencies, and teachers who were appointed did not match the special education, causing problems in transferring to students with special needs. Also, the structure of the education administration system was often adjusted, causing the school and personnel to move. Therefore, there was training to provide knowledge to friends so that students were ready for development, and meetings were held to provide understanding to personnel to create clarity in working following the policies of the parent organization, and the rate of personnel called for recruitment was adjusted to match the fields of study needed by the school.
