Abstract

 The purpose(s) of this research were to: create markers Development of School Lunch Project Administrative Indicators Under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Using stratified random sampling, 320 school administrators and teachers served as the sample group for the study.  The research instrument included the interview form. There are five levels on the evaluation scale: validity between 0.60–1.00 for precision, discrimination between 0.71–0.74 for area energy value, and reliability at 0.73. The statistical tool is used to examine frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The findings were as follows; 1. The School Lunch Project Administrative Indicators Under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Consist of five major elements, sixteen sub-elements, and fifty-nine indicators They are categorized as follows: fourteen indicators pertain to the main element of personnel; ten indicators pertain to the main element of  budget; ten indicators pertain to the main element of  building; nine indicators pertain to the main element of material; and sixteen indicators pertain to the main element of  process.           2. A structural model that shows how School Lunch Project Administrative Indicators Under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the data indicates that the progress is consistent. With this empirical dataset the weight values for all 59 indicators range from 0.65 to 0.95 in this empirical dataset (Chi-Square = 77.98, df = 65, p = 0.12970, RMAEA = 0.024, RMR = 0.0097, GFI = 0.97, AGFI=0.94).
