This This article presents the English learning behavior of learners using information systems and digital technology after the COVID-19 crisis. It focuses on analyzing the use of information technology and digital technology by learners in English learning. English is a critical skill that learners must acquire for knowledge seeking and employment. Currently, English is the universal language for communication and a crucial skill for work. After the COVID-19 crisis, learners have increasingly used information technology and digital technology to learn English. During the COVID-19 crisis, the widespread use of the internet, information technology systems, and digital technology has familiarized learners with online learning and the use of online media to practice language skills and develop technology skills. Examples include using language learning applications, websites for practicing language skills, learning from YouTube channels, social media, Google Classroom, and others. Technology plays a significant role in English learning before, during, and after the COVID-19 crisis. Learners increasingly use information technology and digital technology to develop their English language skills. Technology systems are exciting to use and help learners access various online data and learning resources. They receive new information regularly, which positively impacts English learning.
