Abstract
This academic article presents the operational success of the student support system. Which is the main mission of educational institutions with 5 points: 1) knowing students individually, 2) screening students, 3) promoting students, 4) preventing and solving problems, and 5) referring students. It focuses on developing and upgrading people in every dimension and at every age to be good, talented, and quality human resources ready to drive the development of the country forward to its fullest potential. "Thai people in the future Must be physically, mentally, and intellectually prepared, have good all-round development and good health at every age, have a public mind, be responsible to society and others, be frugal, frugal, liberal, disciplined, maintain morality, and be a good citizen of the nation.
