THE GUIDELINES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ETHICAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE OFFICE OF KHONKHAEN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 2

Abstract

This research It purpose was to 1) Study the current condition desired conditions and essential needs of ethical leadership of educational institution administrators. 2) Study the guidelines for the development of creative leadership of the school administrators. It was a mixed methods research, divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 :  Study the current condition Desirable conditions and essential needs. The sample group included educational institution administrators and teachers, a total of 302 people. Phase 2 Study The guidelines for the development of ethical leadership of school administrators. Seven experts were interviewed by purposive selection. The research results found that 1. Current condition of ethical leadership of educational institution administrators overall and each aspect the average was at a moderate level. Desired conditions of ethical leadership of educational institution administrators overall and each aspect the average was at the high level and essential needs have an index of PNI__modified = 0.1300 When considering each aspect in order of needs and necessities from greatest to least, they are responsibility it has the highest need index value. Second in justice. Respectability. Honesty and Trust. 2. The guidelines for the development of ethical leadership of school administrators. There are 15 approaches in total : Responsibility have 3 approaches. Honesty have 3 approaches. Trust have 3 approaches. Justice have 3 approaches and Respectability have 3 approaches. Evaluation results the guidelines for the development of ethical leadership. It was appropriate at the high level. The possibility is at the highest level.
