NEEDS ASSESSMENT OF DIGITAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER SAKON NAKHON PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to; 1) study the actual conditions and the expected conditions of digital leadership of educational institution administrators 2) assess the needs for developing digital leadership among school administrators and 3) study guidelines for developing the digital leadership of educational institution administrators. The sample group used in this research Consisting of administrators and teachers in schools under the Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, academic year 2023, totaling 327 people. Categorized into 92 educational institution administrators and 235 teachers. Sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan tables. The sample used multi-stage random samplin. The research tools consisted of 1) a 5-level rating scale type test. and 2) the questionnaire on guidelines for developing the condition Leader of educational institution administrators.  Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation and an index of the importance of essential needs.
