GUIDELINES OF INNOVATION ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOL IN THE DIGITAL ERA UNDER THE NONTHABURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the innovation organization of schools in the Digital Era under The Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) to compare the innovation organization of schools in the Digital Era under The Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, classified by gender, age, educational level, work position, work experience, school size,and education area, and 3) to study guidelines of the innovation organization of schools in the Digital Era under The Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office.The sample consisted of 355 teachers through stratified random sampling by school size for questionnaires, 9 key informants for interviews. The research instrument was a questionnaire with content validity, IOC values between .80-1.00, and a reliability value of .98. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, LSD, and content analysis.The results of the research were as follows : 1) the innovation organization of schools in the Digital Era under The Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level in overall, ranking from the highest to the lowest mean: Organizational Culture, Effective Information Systems, Vision focuses on Innovation, Atmosphere of Creativity, Leadership, Appropriate Structure, Personnel Potential, Network of Innovative Organization, and Operational Evaluation, 2) the opinions of teachers on the innovation organization of schools in the Digital Era under The Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, classified by gender, work position, school size, and education area were not different, while the differential educational level, and work experience were statistically significant at the level of .01, and the opinions of the differential age were statistically significant at the level of .05, and 3) guidelines of the innovation organization of schools in the Digital Era,it was found that the leadership aspect contained 28 traits, while the eight aspects left consisted of 63 guidelines.
