THE DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING COURSES TO DEVELOP INSTRUCTIONAL MEDIA PRODUCTION USING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY SKILLS FOR THE INSTRUCTOR IN POLICE CADET SCHOOL

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) To develop a training curriculum to develop teaching media production skills using digital technology for instructors at the Police Cadet Academy. 2) To test the effectiveness of the training curriculum to develop teaching media production skills using digital technology for teachers in Police Cadet School and 3) to study the satisfaction of trainees in a training course to develop teaching media production skills using digital technology for instructors at the Police Cadet Academy. The research results found that: 1) Training course to develop teaching media production skills using digital technology for instructors at the Police Cadet Academy, consisting of 5 important elements: introduction, linkage, proposal, evaluation, and transfer. 2) Efficiency test results found that The training course to develop teaching media production skills using digital technology for teachers at the Police Cadet Academy has an efficiency value of 90.73/92.08 and 3) satisfaction of trainees in the training course to develop The skills of producing teaching materials using digital technology for teachers in the Police Cadet Academy are overall at a good level.
