THE ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION ACCORDING TO THE THREEFOLD TRAINING PRINCIPLES BY THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS OF NONG KAN QUALITY EDUCATION GROUP, THE OFFICE OF LOEI PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA 2

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the current state of academic administration by school administrators in the Nong Kan Quality Education Group, the Office of Loei Primary Education Service Area 2, 2) explore academic administration according to the Threefold Training principles, and 3) propose guidelines for academic administration based on the Threefold Training principles in the same context. This mixed-methods research involved a population of 109 individuals, Research tools include questionnaires and interviews conducted with 5 key informants. Research tools included a questionnaire and content analysis was used for data analysis. The research results were as follows: 1.The academic administration according to the Threefold Training principles by the school administrators in in the Nong Kan Quality Education Group, the Office of Loei Primary Education Service Area 2, was generally found to be at a high level, particularly in the highest aspect of educational supervision. 2. Overall and specific aspects of academic administration according to the Threefold Training principles were rated highly, especially in the highest aspect of morality (Sīla).3. Guidelines for academic administration based on the Threefold Training principles suggest that administrators should manage evaluation and assessment processes impartially and fairly, ensuring non-biased operations. Administrators should be committed and attentive to their responsibilities, prioritizing the promotion and support of teachers to understand and implement effective teaching methods beneficial for learners. An environment conducive to learning and skill development for staff and students should be fostered. Administrators are expected to possess the knowledge and skills to conduct various operations in the school effectively
