THE ROLE OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ADMINISTRATORS IN THE 21st CENTURY, THAT AFFECTED QUALITY OF SCHOOL SOUTHERN WELFARE EDUCATION AFFILIATION, GROUP7, OFFICE UNDER SPECIAL EDUCATION ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to 1) To study the role of educational administrators in the 21^st century at the Southern Welfare School Group 7 under the Office of Special Education Administration. 2) To study the quality of the Southern Welfare Education Schools Group 7 under the Office of Special Education Administration. 3) To study the role of educational institution administrators in the 21^st century that affects the quality of the Southern Welfare Schools Group 7 under the Office of Special Education Administration and 4) To study guidelines for developing the role of educational administrators in the 21^st century at the Southern Welfare School Group 7 under the Office of Special Education Administration. The research results found that; 1. The role of educational institution administrators in the 21^st century. Overall, it is at the highest level, when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was effective communication, second is the development of human and technological potential, and the aspect with the lowest average is the development of academic achievement. 2. School quality, overall it is at a high level, when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the administrative process and management aspect, second is the process of teaching and learning that focuses on students and the aspect with the lowest average is student quality. 3. The role of school administrators in the 21^st century is positively related to school quality. Overall, it is at a very high level. Statistically significant at the .01 level, with the role of school administrators in the 21^st century, with the aspect of developing academic achievement having the highest relationship. The role of educational institution administrators in the 21^st century: together they predict 68.5% of the impact on school quality. 4. Guidelines for developing the role of school administrators in the 21^st century reveal that administrators should continually develop themselves, can set goals, create a vision and analyze problem conditions, quickly adapt to change, be a leader in building confidence among personnel, students, and society in having the ability to make decisions with stability and stability. Emphasis on participatory work, know how to create a network, have good human relations, be an academic leader, develop a learning management process that focuses on students, promote measurement and evaluation according to actual conditions using various methods. Promote the development of teachers and personnel to have knowledge and ability to manage effective learning. Promote lifelong learning.
