THE ROLE OF 21st CENTURY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING THE COLLABORATION OF SCHOOL QUALITY DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE PRIVATE EDUCATION COMMISION PHANG NGA PROVINCE

Abstract

The research aims to study 1) to find out the role of the Education Administrator in the 21^st Century of Office the Private Education Commission, Phang-Nga, 2) to aimed at cooperation in developing education in OPEC, 3) the Role of education Administrators in the 21^st Century tend to cooperate in developing education institution, 4) to explore the development of an Education Administrator. A sample was selected from 15 Education Administrators and 181 teachers in OPEC. Population total 196 people. The research Methodology was survey statistics via data analyzed using percentage, means, standard deviation, and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings showed the Role of Education administrators in the 21^st Century was at high level, the highest average was the setting of educational institution development, followed by the role of Education Administrators and the lowest average was development in quality of Education at high level, the highest was the righteousness, trust , the lowest level was conflict management of the role of Education Administrators in the 21^st century were positive in the development of institutions in the 21^st century with statistical .01 at highest level. The highest development of communication of the role of Education in the 21^st century cooperate development quality of education was 78.7 per.
