THE CORRELATION BETWEEN THE INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP ROLE AND THE COMPLEXITY MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL SUCCESS IN SUMUT PRAKAN SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA

Abstract
The research aims to: 1) study the inclusive leadership role in Samut Prakan Secondary Education Service Area; 2) study the complexity management in Samut Prakan Secondary Education Service Area; and (3) discover a correlation between the inclusive leadership role and the complex management in Samut Prakan Secondary Education Service Area. Research samples are 322 teachers in Samut Prakan Secondary Education Service Area in 2566 gathered from Multi-Stage Random Sampling. The research tool is the "The Inclusive Leadership Role and the Complex Management of Organizational Success in Samut Prakan Secondary Education Service Area" questionnaire with 0.973 reliability and item objective congruence (IOC) at 0.945 level. The statistics in this research are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research results indicate that 1) Overall, the inclusive leadership role in Samut Prakan Secondary Education Service Area is high; 2) Overall, the complexity management in Samut Prakan Secondary Education Service Area is high; And 3) The inclusive leadership role and the complex management in Samut Prakan Secondary Education Service Area have high positive correlations at the .01 level, which is statistically significant.
