GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP FOR STUDENTS MASTER OF EDUCATION PROGRAM IN EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION KAMPHAENG PHET RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: (1) Study academic leadership for students Master of Education Program in Educational Administration Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University and (2) study guidelines for developing academic leadership for students Master of Education Program in Educational Administration Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University. The target group used in this research is students in the Master of Education program. Field of Study: Educational Administration Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University, 2nd semester, academic year 2023, number of 30 people, obtained through purposive selection. The research tools were (1) a questionnaire about academic leadership and (2) an interview form regarding academic leadership development. Data were analyzed by content analysis and statistical analyzing using standard deviation and average. The results of the research are as follows: 1. Academic leadership of students Master of Education Program in Educational Administration Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University Overall, it was found that the practice was at a moderate level. 2. Guidelines for developing academic leadership of students in the Master of Education program. Field of Study: Educational Administration Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University found that there were 7 approaches, consisting of 1) Administrators together with teachers and those involved in setting the goals of the educational institution. 2) There was a plan for developing the educational institution's curriculum and local curriculum. 3) There was Setting a clear operating calendar and publicizing it through various channels. 4) There is promotion and morale for teachers and educational personnel in self-development. 5) There is extra-curricular activities that are consistent with learners and the local area. 6) Digital technology is used in management and 7) Teamwork is promoted and good relationships are created in the organization.
