Abstract
The purposes of this research were to; The purpose of this research is to study the creation of a collaborative network in the system. Providing care and assistance and studying ways to create a network of cooperation in operating the system Taking care of and helping students in secondary educational institutions Phitsanulok Province, The research results found that. 1. The results show that the construction method of cooperative network in the operation of auxiliary nursing system in secondary vocational schools is the highest on the whole. From the side, the highest average is the network unit/organization coordination in the auxiliary nursing system, and the lowest average is the network management in the auxiliary nursing system. 2. Results of the study of guidelines for creating a network of cooperation in operating the student care and assistance system in secondary educational institutions. Phitsanulok Province found that 1) setting a common vision for operating the student care and assistance system Executives should let all stakeholders see the problems in operations. together summarize the problem Collaborate in data analysis To set the vision and operational objectives. 2) Participation of network members in operating the student care and support system. Administrators should provide opportunities for responsible teachers to work together. Propose ideas and guidelines together with administrators providing advice, consultation and support. 3) Network management in operating the student care and support system. Executives should appoint committees to carry out operations according to their roles. By allowing everyone to participate appropriately. 4) Coordinating agencies/network organizations in operating the student care and support system. Executives should encourage coordination and cooperation with various agencies involved. By preparing a letter of agreement (MOU)
