THE COMPARISON OF LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT IN INTRODUCTION OF SUPPLY CHAIN OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT COOPERATIVE MODEL BY USING TGT METHOD AND NORMAL TEACHING METHOD OF VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE, INTRACHAI COMMERCIAL COLLEGE

Abstract

The purposes of the research were to study the results of students’ accomplishments of introductory supply chain learning, to study progress in studying introductory supply chain subjects, to compare student achievement and to study the satisfaction. The study sample were 60 students from 2 classrooms obtain by sampling. The instrument used for data collection was 1) Study materials on the subject 2) Collaborative learning plan with the TGT competition group technique 3) Normal learning management plan 4) Academic accomplishments test 5) Evaluation assessment for students. The statistics results from the experiment are used for data analysis show in percentage, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis testing by Independent t-test. The research findings showed that the (1) Results of preliminary supply chain learning, which was higher than the specified threshold of 70 percent, which was in line with the set assumptions; (2) Progress in studying introductory supply chain subjects. the learning progress value was score of 60 percent, which was 50 percent higher than the set assumption; (3) Comparative results of student accomplishments with the cooperative learning management with TGT method is higher than and normal teaching method with statistically at the .05 level.; and (4) Student satisfaction with cooperative learning management with TGT method is higher than and normal teaching method.
