THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROGRAM TO ENHANCE LEADERSHIP IN THE DIGITAL ERA OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE LOPBURI

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) To study the current condition, desirable conditions, and a needs assessment to enhance leadership in the digital era of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Lopburi, and 2) To design and evaluate the program to enhance leadership in the digital era of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Lopburi. The results showed that: 1. The current state of enhancing leadership in the digital era of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Lopburi was in high level. The highest average was digital communication. The desirable conditions stage of the enhance leadership in the digital era of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Lopburi was highest overall. The highest average aspect was digital communication. The needs assessment to develop a leadership in the digital era of school administrators in order of essential needs from highest to lowest: 1) digital vision, 2) digital literacy, and 3) digital communication. 2. The program to enhance leadership in the digital era of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Lopburi, it consists of 1) principles, 2) objectives, 3) content, 4) development methods, 5) measurement and evaluation. The content consists of 3 modules: module 1 digital vision, module 2 digital literacy, and module 3 Digital communication. The results of evaluate the propriety and feasibility of program to enhance leadership in the digital era for school administrators by 5 experts, The propriety was in the highest level and the average was 4.70. The feasibility was in the highest level and the average was 4.62.
