A STUDY ON THE ROLE OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS SUPPORTING THE PROMOTION OF ACADEMIC WORK, CAREER SKILLS, AND LIFE SKILLS OF STUDENTS IN THE ROYAL AGRICULTURAL CIVILIZATION PROJECT, CONTINUING, MAINTAINING, AND EXPANDING ACCORDING TO THE ROYAL INITIATIVE PRO

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) Study the role of school administrators of the Southern Welfare School under the Office of Special Educational Bureau, 2) Study the supporting the promotion of academic work, career skills, and life skills of students in the Royal Agricultural Civilization Project, Continuing, Maintaining, and Expanding according to the Royal Initiative Projects regarding Sufficiency Economy Principle with the “Khok Nong Na of Kindness and Hope” of Southern Welfare School under the Office of Special Education Bureau, and 3) Study on the role of school administrators supporting the promotion of academic work, career skills, and life skills of students in the Royal Agricultural Civilization Project, Continuing, Maintaining, and Expanding according to the Royal Initiative Projects regarding Sufficiency Economy Principle with the “Khok Nong Na of Kindness and Hope” of Southern Welfare School under the Office of Special Education Bureau. The results showed that: 1) The role of school administrators of the Southern Welfare School under the Office of Special Educational Bureau, in the whole aspect, was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level and the highest level. 2) The supporting the promotion of academic work, career skills, and life skills of students in the Royal Agricultural Civilization Project, Continuing, Maintaining, and Expanding according to the Royal Initiative Projects regarding Sufficiency Economy Principle with the “Khok Nong Na of Kindness and Hope” of Southern Welfare School under the Office of Special Education Bureau, in a whole aspect, was at a high level. When considering in each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in every aspects. 3) Multiple regression analysis of the role of school administrators supporting the promotion of academic work, career skills, and life skills of students in the Royal Agricultural Civilization Project, Continuing, Maintaining, and Expanding according to the Royal Initiative Projects regarding Sufficiency Economy Principle with the “Khok Nong Na of Kindness and Hope” of Southern Welfare School under the Office of Special Education Bureau showed that factors affecting the promotion of academic work, career skills, and life skills of students in the Royal Agricultural Civilization Project, Continuing, Maintaining, and Expanding according to the Royal Initiative Projects regarding Sufficiency Economy Principle with the “Khok Nong Na of Kindness and Hope” of Southern Welfare School under the Office of Special Education Bureau were:  Personnel Management Role (), Promoting of teaching and learning Role () with the percentage of 35.7 (R²  =.357). Predictive equations could be created in the form of raw scores and standard scores as follows:
