THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LEARNING ORGANIZATION AND EFFECTIVENESS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER CHAIYAPHUM PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to 1) study the level of opinions of teachers and school administrators towards being a learning organization, 2) study the level of opinions of teachers and school administrators on the effectiveness of the educational institutions, and 3) study the relationship between learning organizations and effectiveness of educational institutions. The study found the following findings: 1. The level of opinions of teachers and school administrators towards being a learning organization under the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; the overall level was at the highest level. Respectively arranged from most to least; there were team learning, knowledge acquisition, experience using, and innovation creation. 2. The level of opinions of teachers and school administrators towards the effectiveness of educational institutions under the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; the overall level was at the highest level. Respectively arranged from most to least; there were the ability to change and develop schools, the ability to solve problems in schools, the ability to develop students to have positive attitudes, and the ability to produce students with high learning achievement. 3. The relationship between learning organizations and the effectiveness of educational institutions under the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; overall, it was found that the relationship was in a high level and in a positive direction (r = 0.915) with statistically significant difference at the .01 level. The aspect of learning organization that had the highest relationship was experience using, followed by innovation creation and team learning. The aspect with the lowest relationship was knowledge acquisition.
