THE REIATIONSHIP BETWEEN SERVICE-ORIENTEN IEADERSHIP AND THE STUDENT CARE AND SUPPORT SYSTEM OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE SPECIAL EDUCATION GROUP 7 SOUTHERN REGION

Abstract

This  research has the objectives  1.Study the service-oriented leadership of educational institutions under the Office of Special Education Administration,Group 7,Southern Region. 2. Study  the student care and assistance system of educational institutions under the Office of Special Education Administration, Group 7 3. Study the relationship between service-minden leadership. Service with care and  assistance system students of educational institutions under the Office of Special Education Administration, Group 7, Research results found that.1.Service-oriented leadership of Servant leadership of administrators educational institution under the Office of Administration Special Education, Group 7, Southern Region overall and each aspect at a  high level When considering each aspect,it was found that commitment to personal development has the highest average,followed by awareness foresight Building community and understanding others  Sort by order. 2. Effectiveness of the student care and support system of Education institutions under the office of Special Education Administration, Group 7, Southern Region , overall and  in each area. it at a  high level  When considering  each  aspect,it is foun that the aspect of student promotion and development has the highest average, followed by knowing students individually  Preventing, and  solving  problems,referring students and screening  students  Sort by order. 3. The relationship between servant-oriented leadership and the care and support system  students of education institutions under the office of Special Education Administration, Group 7, Southern Region , under the Office of Special Education Administration, Group 7, overall, it is at a moderate level (r = 0.540), with statistical significance at the .01 level.
