CHALLENGES OF LEADERSHIP EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT IN AN ERA OF DISRUPTIVE CHANGE.

Abstract

Currently, the world is undergoing significant changes that impact the quality of education, necessitating adaptations in educational management to align with evolving social and global contexts. This article aims to present concepts and approaches for managing education amidst the challenges of new-era leadership. The goal is to leverage knowledge gained from research to enhance skills and perspectives, fostering leaders who are emotionally intelligent and capable of navigating a transformative era. Key points include concepts of 1) leadership in educational management, 2) agile thinking approaches, and 3) the enhancement of skills in thinking, actions, and daily life, 4) adapting one’s mindset in the workplace, and 5) setting learning goals using the “SMART Goal” principle. Furthermore, there is an urgent need to overhaul the education management system, including curriculum development, educational research, management practices, evaluation methods, and the interaction between education and progress on both national and international levels. Developing new, transformative models of educational management is also critical.
