CHARISMATIC LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE SAMUT PRAKAN SECONDARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract
This survey research aimed to study and compare charismatic leadership of School Administrators Under The Samut Prakan Secondary Education Service Area Office. The study sample consisted of 234 teachers who worked in schools under The Samut Prakan Secondary Education Service Area Office in academic year 2022 classified by educational background, work experience, and school size. The instrument was a 40 item, 5-scale rating questionnaire querying about charismatic leadership of School Administrators with the reliability at 0.98. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way Analysis of Variance, and Scheffe’s method were used to analyze the data. The results showed that Teachers have opinions towards the leadership style of school administrators. Overall, it was at a high level. A Comparison of Teachers' Opinions towards the Characteristic Leadership of School Administrators Under the Samut Prakan Secondary Educational Service Area Office, it was found that teachers with different educational backgrounds There was a special characteristic of leadership attitudes of school administrators. Under the Office of Samut Prakan Secondary Education Service Area The overall picture and each aspect are different, risk-taking the change in the attitude of the follower and self-confidence statistically different at the level of significance. 05 Teachers with different work experience There was a special characteristic of leadership attitudes of school administrators. Under the Office of Samut Prakan Secondary Education Service Area Overall and in every aspect The difference was statistically significant at the .05 level. and teachers in different school sizes There was an attitude about the leadership style of school administrators.
