THE MODEL OF SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT USING COMPETENCY-BASED IN THE NEXT NORMAL FOR SCHOOLS UNDER THE OFFICE OF UDONTHANI SECONDARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA

Abstract
This research aims to propose the development model in the next normal instructional management for schools under the Office of Udon Thani Secondary Education Service Area. In-depth interviews were used to collect data from 12 informants, selected through the purposive sampling method. The tools used were an in-depth interview and a confirmation form. The obtained data were analyzed using content analysis and guidelines confirmation analysis, using frequency and percentage. The results of the research were summarized as follows: 1)There were 5dimensions and 26 guidelines for the development model of instructional management in the next normal situation for schools under the Office of the Udon Thani Secondary Educational Service Area, consisting of 1) 8 guidelines for self-management approaches; 2) 5 guidelines for higher thinking approaches; 3) 3 guidelines for communication; 4) 5 guidelines for working together as a team; and 5) 5 guidelines for being strong citizens, all of which have been confirmed as "agree" in all dimensions and guidelines. 2) The participants in the seminar were satisfied with the proposed development guidelines in next normal instructional management at the high level.
