Administration or management It is one of the branches of science that is important and essential to the activities of all agencies at all levels, with administration being used in the public sector or work  related  to  policy  and  management.  Leaders  must  be  interested  in managerial work, which is essential to all organizational leaders. Buddhist management It is the application of Buddhist principles in management, emphasizing management principles. Organizational management with Buddhist ideas has interesting characteristics, emphasizing the relationship between management and Buddhist ideas.
