A TRAINING CIRRICULUM DEVELOPMENT OF LEELA SHENG BOK FAI FOR PREPARING THE READINESS OF PRACTICAL TRAINING OF EDUCATION STUDENTS DEPARTMENT OF DRAMATIC ARTS FACULTY OF EDUCATION, UTTARADIT RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract

This present research study was conducted with the following objectives: 1) to develop training curriculum of Leela Sheng Bok Fai performance; 2) to examine the efficiency of the curriculum implementation; and 3) to examine the level of satisfaction of students participating in preparing the readiness of practical training in the Department of Dramatic Arts, Faculty of Education, Uttaradit Rajabhat University. The sample of 36 students studying in 4^th and 5^th year, Faculty of Education, Uttaradit Rajabhat University were obtain via stratified purposive sampling. The instruments used consisted of the training curriculum of Leela Sheng Bok Fai performance for preparing the readiness of practical training of students in the Department of Dramatic Arts, Faculty of Education, Uttaradit Rajabhat University. The result shows that the curriculum comprised of philosophy, rationale,objectives, statement of problems, principles, contents, duration, activities, instructional media, and assessment and evaluation was evaluated to be appropriate with score at highest level (= 4.96, S.D.= 0.10) by the expert raters. In addition, the practical training skill assessment resulted in 98.05% achievement, and according to the observation, the students who participated in the training curriculum were found to have appropriate behaviors at very good level with the score of 98.89%. Regarding the satisfaction level, the participants rated the training curriculum to be satisfactory at highest level (= 4.94, S.D. = 0.22).
