GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF BUDDHIST INTERRATION LEADERSHIP OF SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVT ORGANIZATIONS IN WANG NAM KHIAO DISTRICT IN NAKHONRATCHASIMA PROVINCE

Abstract

This article has the objectives are 1) to study about leadership development in accordance with Buddhism Principles, 2) to study about leadership of the Wang Nam Khiao Sub-District Administrative Organization, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, 3) to study about Integrated Buddhist Leadership Development Approaches of the Wang Nam Khiao Sub-District Administrative Organization, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. This research is a qualitative field research.The research results found that; 1) Leadership development in accordance with Buddhism Principles; In addition to the factors leading to success (Iddhipāda) for 4 factors included; the desire to always be willing to do that (Chanda), work with perseverance (Viriya), work with attention (Citta), and work with operational understanding (Vimamsa). There is also one more factor leading to success, namely working with carelessness (Consciousness). 2) Leadership of the Wang Nam Khiao Sub-District Administrative Organization, Nakhon Ratchasima Province;  From the analysis of current data, it is a form of local administrative unit that has evolved from the district council.  The Ministry of Interior has announced the establishment of a Sub-District Administrative Organization (SAO). The objective is to decentralize administrative power to the public at various levels up to the level of sub-district, village or it could be said that the Sub-District Administrative Organization is the local administrative organization that is regarded as the root of Thai Local Government that is closest to the people and knows the people's suffering the most. 3) Integrated Buddhist Leadership Development Approaches of the Wang Nam Khiao Sub-District Administrative Organization, Nakhon Ratchasima Province; The successful implementation of the project in line with the provincial development strategy, the local government organization in Nakhon Ratchasima Province has the following actions: 1) Prepare a development plan that is in line with the provincial development strategy, 2) มีการ Transform the provincial development strategy to meet the needs of the people (Vimamsa), 3) มีการOrganize projects and operational plans and methods of practice in advance (Vimamsa), 4) There are complete factors that lead to success (Iddhipāda) which consists of love to work, manage activities successfully, the individuals are well-versed and understand the work they do able to be practiced with consciousness and carelessness and applied in life to be successful. This is promote the development of the quality of life according to Buddhist Principles happily and sustainably.
